I first spoke with their Talent Acquisition Manager, Jake Lenss, who was not only well-organized and clear about the next steps but also courteous and approachable throughout the process. I then had the opportunity to meet with Christina Seidner (Sr. Director of Brand Activation & Integrated Marketing), John Staffen (Interim Creative Director), and Michael Dorich (Executive Creative Director at Arbor Investments). Every conversation felt genuine and informative — each person gave helpful insights into the role, the company culture, and the vision for the team. The process moved along at a reasonable pace, and communication was timely at each stage. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I appreciated the level of care and professionalism they brought to the interview process.
