The interview process was thorough and entertaining. They really make you think if this is the job you want to do. You will deal with kids who have elevated behaviors. Overall I can’t complain

My process was painless from beginning to end. It began with an effortless online “assessment”, which in my opinion was majority common sense material. This was followed my a refreshing phone interview and ended with a 2 on 1 interview with a couple of Boys Towns higher ups. They were very genuine and set a tone with positive energy.
