      Entrevista

      I was invited to an initial phone screening. The process itself was average enough though it didn't sounds like everyone involved on the Boys Town side were particularly excited, kind, or warm. Questions were normal for this level of position and responsibility scope, touching base over management history and style, marketing knowledge, and project knowledge. After what I felt was a pretty good conversation, I was told everything aligned and my information would be then passed onto the hiring manager for a first full interview—I was to expect a follow-up call or e-mail the next week. I sent my thank-you's and waited. After a little over a week, I e-mailed to follow up if any further information was needed. No reply. Weeks later, no reply—including a generic "sorry, we've moved on". This process has taken almost two months and is still moving forward behind the scenes, which can be very concerning for the speed in which things move internally.
