Two rounds of phone interviews followed by in-person interviews with the whole team - for about half the day. It was fairly straightforward to organize. People I met seemed nice. However, at the end of the process - after what I thought was an interview that went well - there was complete silence. I heard nothing! I'd rather they have gotten back to me and said no. It wasn't fun to be left hanging.
