Recruiter and Coordinator ,I started with the recruiter interviewing me and then followed with the Coordinator.I walked through the resume and my experience.I was told there is goimg to be on going practice and training from other CSR though and we can ask each other questions and when we expeeience difficult situation .We were asked to see if we csn assistceach other incase we do not know the answer and what to do .

Relaxed and informal interview, lasted about 45 minutes. Though it was pleasant, it raised many red flags that I was later right about. I got an offer just an hour later, which they sent over to me and upon my asking questions about the offer as many things were unclear, they chose to give the position to someone else .
