I submitted an application online through their website. I got an email from someone to do a phone screen. It went well, and I got called in the next day with an in-person interview with the Sales manager. It was a nice, calm setting and they didn't ask me too many questions. They asked me to go through some resume lines and I focused on the Real Estate and Sales experience I had. That interview went on for about 30 min. The next day I had another interview with another individual, it was also low stress. They asked me if I had any questions and we talk a lot about their organization.
