Interview had 6 steps overall including a live coding, technical questions , culture matching and presentation of one of the projects I had a major impact in the past. I felt really well informed about each step and had some time for preparation.

1. Call with recruiter to discuss experience, talk about expectations, describe company and team 2. Two technical calls - frontend and backend, each around 1hr long (same day, back-to-back meetings) During the first part with recruiter I've learnt about things not covered in the offer: on-call (mandatory), legacy services that you need to contribute to (different stack), very late working hours due to calls with US ("but not very often"). So quite a few red flags. After second part I've been waiting for around 2 weeks for any reply and at the end got cold email from the template that they'll not continue with me. No feedback, no details - despite solving both tasks. Disappointing experience.
