It was very lengthy, had to do an initial interview with the internal recruitment officer, then with the hiring manager and then I had the final stage interview, had to book in 6 people on the final stage individually which to me is very excessive. And after going through all that lengthy stage taking your time out which overall is around 4 hours they just said I didn’t get the job. Please tell people if they are not right for this position while going through stages as it’s not fair on people taking their time out and arranging time for you. This has to be by far one of the most lengthy interview I have experienced and is not pleasant once going through all that you had no result. Please value peoples time as they could have been using that time looking elsewhere.
