I applied via the Box website and was emailed within a few days. We set up a phone interview, which was relatively straightforward. I had a good conversation with the recruiter and she seemed to like me. They emailed me within two business days to tell me I was not being considered for a second interview.

The interview process took about a month to complete and consisted of four rounds and a mock session. I was expected to take off a considerable amount of time from work (4+ hours) over multiple days to accommodate for the remote interview setting. Most of the interviews themselves felt more like a conversation than being drilled with technical and repetitive questions which I appreciated. In the end it was a decent process but too drawn out.
