Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Box en oct 2018
Entrevista
Resume submission followed by a recorded video interview. Then a phone interview with the hiring manager. I did not make it past this, but there would have been an onsite.

Entrevista
My interview process involved a phone screen, a virtual series of questions where I had a minute to respond to each prompt, and an in-person super day at Box's headquarters.
The phone screen with a recruiter was fairly standard in terms of length of the call and questions posed, whereas the second virtual interview was unlike anything that I had experienced prior. The choice to initiate the question was based on me, but once chosen I had 1-minute to come up with my response and another minute to record myself giving my answer. Although different, it was an ample test of my ability to think on my feet and I enjoyed it.
The final round interview conducted at their corporate headquarters involved a tour of the facilities and an opportunity to speak to various current Boxers. The interview portion consisted of 6 back-to-back interviews that ranged in terms of questioning from more soft-skill emphasis and examples of technical application and problem-solving.

Pre-recorded video interview: surprisingly nerve wracking, you get questions from pre-recorded videos of their employees asking you questions. You get 10 seconds to decide whether or not you need the question repeated, and 30 seconds (?) to think of an answer before it starts recording for 1-2mins. There are no redos! They mainly ask you fluffy questions and then ask you at the end about one of their products.
Phone Call: I thought it went well, but I was not invited to move on to the next round.
Onsite Interview: I did not make it to this round, and I was sent a generic response from someone who did NOT interview me thanking me to take the time to talk with them in particular. However, it would have been an all-day or half-day affair and there would have been a part where I presented a demonstration of their product.
