The Process lasted over three weeks. The hiring manager calls on week 1. You have a discussion for close to 2 hours both technical and personality questions. The HR speaks for next 30 minutes, mostly asking why you want to leave current role to come and work for Bourns. There is a silence for one week. Then, interview is scheduled with the director and senior test engineer. Use the STAR technique, be confident, never say you don't know.
