They called me for F2f on a Saturday at 9:30AM. They started the process at 11AM with just 3 interviewers. By the time I got an interview, it was 1PM. After Round1, they said, next rounds will be conducted next week as there is no panel available now. They called me next week for Round2 telephonic, this time it was a 5-6 yr exp guy taking my interview. What a joke. They called me for Round3 interview with some director. I said not interested. the Interviews: They just want you to be hands on with Code. and know DS well. They don't look at architecture knowledge, design knowledge, Process Knowledge, just write code. Even the director interview was just coding. Some of the other candidates who had come on the weekend, were asked to take telephonic interviews. Yes, Not even video interview, just telephonic, on their phone. Moreover, they didn't have enough cabins for everyone, so candidates had to go to Accolite's parking lot to take tele calls.

There were 3 rounds of technical interview and followed by HR discussion. Technical discussion mainly focused on coding skills, core and advanced java concepts, spring boot and microservices. Interview experience was good.
