Very disorganised. It appeared from the interviewee point of view they didn't know what they wanted from the role or the person interviewing in front of them.
They collected the interview questions from the printer as they led me into the room and decided on the spot which questions to ask. This method showed me they gave no thought to prepare for the interview and they appeared unable to tailor the questions as it went against what was printed in front of them. They also criticised the interviewing method but yet relied heavily on the questions in front of them.
There was no rapport between the current manager and the current employee which gave me the impression it was not a great place to work.
