Overall a very positive experience. The interviewer was positive, professional, and up front. There was a good dialogue about the company and position as a whole, and I felt comfortable asking questions about the position and organization. My only complaint was that I wish I had known it was a contract and not a permanent position going in. That said, there was also frank dialogue about the organization's compensation which I appreciated greatly.
