I was brought in by an independent recruiter who was very responsive. Next interview with Kim Schofield, Bottomline's internal recruiter. That interview went fine. I moved on to interview with Paul Fannon. His demeanor from the beginning of the call seemed that he was tired, disinterested or both. His questions were minimal and lazy and even committed some recruiting no-nos such as asking if I was married and had kids. Not impressed with him as an executive and did not even receive any reason why they decided to move on, just that they were not continuing the conversation.

To review my resume which, to be honest, should have been done anyhow. I did my homework on the company and I would expect them to put in a level of preparation as well.
