They ghosted me after the virtual interview. The one way interview was not difficult but awkward. They never sent rejection email to me. I think this is a sign of poor management.

I had a phone interview then given the option for virtual or in person for first and final round. Got to meet people in different roles in the organization. They had pretty general behavioral questions, and an activity for final round.
