Recruitment went very smoothly, the recruiters were very professional, responsive, and made sure that I was very comfortable during the recruitment process. My recruitment process at Botify started on 29/10/2019 it all began with a phone call from a member of the HR department who started by giving me the good news that I have been chosen as a candidate for the position I applied for, he also explained to me the recruitment process in details so that I will be aware and prepared for what is ahead, and expressed his availability for any question I might have. So in short I had to go through 3 interviews, the first was the HR interview where they explained what the company is and asked me a couple of questions just to get to know me better, there sas no IQ test or trick questions or anything all was clear and straight to the point. The week after was my technical test. It's a 2 hour test that I had to go through it's basically 1 task with 3 parts and I just had to do as much as I can no pressure, I had the liberty to choose the language of my choice so that I would be as comfortable as I can. The last part was a technical interview where I was asked about the decisions I made in order to solve the test, and I was also asked a few technical questions just in order to assess my knowledge. Finally I received an offer on 19/11/2019, the whole process took 3 weeks which is really good I kept receiving updates from HR via email on the status of my application, and they were always available for my questions. This is surely the best recruitment experience I had so far.
