Applied via online portal and was contacted via email about 2 weeks later to arrange a conference call. Phone screen lasted 15 min. I was then invited for an in-person interview with a few staff members. Questions from phone screen were asked again in 2nd interview along with others.

Initial phone screening with HR followed by 2 interviews with supervisor and director. They were kind and professional, and asked an array of questions based on experience, career trajectory, and professional development interests.

What would you contribute to the organization’s culture and what values stand out to you?
Quick and to the point! Screening with HR then one in person interview. I met with multiple people in the department at once. I don't think it last more than an hour. The HR screening was pretty basic and mainly made sure I was okay with salary range.
