The interviews were all lovely, I was very impressed with the the staff, their professionalism, and their commitment to their patients. What was infuriating about the process was that they asked for references, my references filled them out, the person hiring said they wanted to hire me... then after more than a week I was told that they had really like me and another candidate and had asked for my references so that they could give hire me right away if their first choice declined. Next time please be prepared to make an offer instead of wasting references's time.
