Feedback : Small office - too crowded for the staff that is present I mean who still asks for a resume printout? Only to think this was an ed TECH start-up HR - not trained well. Avoided confronting & sharing feedback until chased for 3 days after the interview They will waste your time - wait for min 45 mins to an hour for a scheduled interview. Looked like a drive you didn't apply for. Founders do present ego in their speech (very rightly pointed out in other reviews) quite negative for a first impression They interviewed me only to get insights into my previous employer. Had too many poaching questions & when I tried digging about the role I had applied for, they conveniently had a different call to attend. We decided to continue the next day as the interview was incomplete. Next up - chased HR for 3 days to understand the next steps & ended up with a sad response over WhatsApp that I wasn't shortlisted. I laughed the very instant. A very unprofessional way of doing business. Good talent will get wasted here.
