Initial HR Interview. They spoke about the interview process, the testing process using using python and code signal. One week to prepare/attempt the test. Of passed, live coding test/review with someone reviewing online. If passed, final round of interview with higher ups.

Coding challenge, then soft skills which i did not get to. Coding challenge was online timed in a third party tool. Not very hard but needed more time and didnt move quick enough.

Four interviews in total, all in Japanese. The first interview consisted of Python coding and technical case questions. The next two were both technical case interviews. The final interview with a partner was a mix of behavioral and business case questions.
