I applied to BCG in June and completed the Casey online assessment in August. It took about a month to receive the results, and another two months before my 1st round interview was scheduled with the Dubai office team. The overall timeline was quite lengthy, and my communication with HR was slow, with significant delays in responses at each stage of the process. This lack of prompt communication made the experience less seamless than I expected from a firm like BCG. During the 1st interview, I found the PEI and Case part with the interviewer to be disengaging. Based on conversations with other candidates, it seems that similar attitudes were experienced, which raised concerns about fairness and interviewer engagement.
