Entrevista
I was contacted via phone call to attend the BCG Connection Event. After I attended the event, I was invited to apply as a summer analyst intern there. I applied from their online application website and received a notification about 2 weeks later that I have passed the CV selection process. There are two rounds of interview. The first round is in focus group discussion format with the BCG Project Leaders. The second round is a one on one interview wit the BCG Principals.

[ Case Interview ]
They gave me a case about a pulp and paper industry in Indonesia. The demand is getting lower yet the production cost is getting higher. The interviewees are supposed to solve the case by leading the interviewers to give data, explanations, and also providing the interviewers with the required analysis.

They gave me a case about a company who wants to create a classic radio station in a medium inhabited area. I have to count the revenue of this business.

Entrevista
There was an online case interview through a chatbot and a zoom interview which was a case/behavioral hybrid. The zoom interview was 35 minutes 25 of which was dedicated to the case.

Two rounds virtually. First round was one case plus behavioral, and an online asynchronous case. Second round was two case + behavioral back to back. All cases were interviewee led with aid from interviewer.
