Entrevista
This was the first stage of the recruitment process in the BCG Gamma process. The process consists of a one way five video response mostly behavioral then some about BCG Gama. Each questions have unlimited thinking time, 2 takes and 3mins for the response.

Q1. Can you describe your understanding of BCG GAMMA in 3-5 sentences(who we are and what we do)
Q2. What analytical tool/package did you recently learn? Why did you choose to learn it? How did you train yourself to learn it?
Q3. Tell me about the most complex and analytically challenging project you worked on. What were the results/insight? What impact did your solution have? What did you enjoy most/least about it?
Q4. Which language, tool, and package are you most comfortable with?
Q5. Describe a time you worked in a successful team. What made it successful.
First round: Technical & Personality Round where you will be given a task to complete. Based on that question will be asked. More than 2 people can take the interview
Second Round: Manager interview round

Entrevista
The interview process includes one telephone interview with HR, one personal interview at BCG and the last step is a personal meet and greet in Paris. The personal interview is structered in three parts and takes 3 hours:
- Online-Test
- Presentation of homework-case
- Case-Study
The atmosphere was very relaxed and the interviewers were very nice. It was a good experience.
