-CV screening (score/ internship/ extracurricular activities) -Manager Interview (behavioral interview/ case interview) -Partner Interview (behavioral interview/ case interview which is more focused on industrial knowledge and the development of a whole round perspective of the industry)

20 minutes, consisting of a 5-minute behavioral question (PEI) and a 15-minute mini case. The mini case is a Fermi estimation problem. The email HR sent at the time said that the interview would be conducted in both Chinese and English. Based on experience-sharing posts from previous years, the PEI was usually in English and the mini case in Chinese. However, my interview this time was entirely in English, so it probably still depends on the interviewer’s preference.
