Conducted a phone interview with the consultant in charge of the case. The consultant was very condescending and rude. During the case study, the consultant kept cutting me off when the method of my solution wasn't inline with his, without giving me the chance to explain my though process.
Rounds of case interviews (online application, HR call, case interviews matched to the case leader), but because it's for a case team assistant it's not as rigorous as for an associate role

I had two interviews directly with the project team. Each was a standard 45-minute session combining a fit and case interview. The interviewers were very nice, answered my questions clearly, and made me feel at ease throughout the process.
