The interview process and scheduling was not as smooth as I imagined it to be with such reputable company. HR employee kept changing interview dates and not responding on timely manner. I was fine with it and just went with the flow as I know things and delays happen. However, it's very disappointing to have done all final interview rounds and not get an email from HR with their decision. I have followed up with them multiple times but didn't not get anything. It's a bummer to see this happening in a such reputable company as BCG.
