Went for first round interviews in Chicago office. Interviewed with two people, one was a principle the other a consultant with 1 year at the company. Format was ten minute behavioral interview followed by a 30 minute case. Both cases were pretty straightforward.

The interviewer had to change time the day before even if it was scheduled 1month ago. I had two interviews. The first interviewer seemed quite indifferent. They were both nice conversation tho.

Muy estándar, en total 2 rondas con 2 entrevistas cada una. La primera ronda suele ser más fácil, pero la última con los partners sí te hacen mucho stress test y challenge.
