Entrevista
Ich habe vorab ein telefonisches Interview mit einer Personalerin geführt. Das Gespräch war eher informativ. Ich sollte mich kurz vorstellen und habe einige Fragen zu meiner jetzigen Postion bekommen, warum ich wechseln möchte und was meine Motivation für die BCG ist.
Eine Woche drauf erhielt ich die Einladung zum persönlichen Gespräch. Insgesamt habe ich drei Gespräche je eine Stunde lang hintereinander gehabt: eines mit der Personalerin vom Telefon, eines mit der Führungskraft des Bereichs in dem ich mich beworben habe, und eines mit der Leitung des Brandings. Die Gespräche fand ich sehr happig. Die Konzentration hat einfach mit der Zeit nachgelassen.
Die Gesprächspartner waren sehr nett, aber haben bei allen Antworten sehr genau nachgebohrt. Es waren viele Fragen dabei zur Recruitingsituation bei der BCG, wo ich Probleme vermute, was ich besser machen würde, welche Leute die BCG sucht, wie ich ein Bewerberevent planen würde etc.
Insgesamt war das Interview okay, wobei drei Stunden eindeutig zu lang sind.
In der Woche drauf bekam ich einen Anruf mit einem Feedback zum Gespräch.

The BCG interview felt welcoming. Interviewers were open, clear, and descriptive about the role and culture, explaining expectations, team dynamics, and growth honestly, which made the conversation feel informative rather than intimidating and approachable overall.

Interview process was quick and very plesant overall. Got the chance to have 5 interviews functional and cross functional ones. Got an offer within three weeks after the initial conversation.

Participei de duas entrevistas para o cargo de recrutamento e seleção da BCG. O processo seletivo foi uma "via de mão dupla", com muitas informações, perguntas pertinentes. Apesar de não ter sido aprovado, com certeza me candidatarei novamente. Certamente é uma cultura que se enquadra com meu perfil.
