I applied online and an interview was scheduled with the recruiter. I moved on to interview with three people in the group and it was a pleasant experience; I had great conversations with each of them. After my interviews, I received no follow up from the recruiter on of my two status requests. I hold BCG in very high regard, but the overall candidate experience on the business services side should be improved.
