You are invited to a video interview where you are asked some standard interview questions/about yourself, but you are mostly asked to do calculations on paper with no calculator or other aids. The numbers in my case were in the billions. They are made to be easy to work with (e.g., easily divisible) but you must be prepared to do several such calculations and compare them while the interviewer stares at you.
