Interviewed for a Visiting Associate role at BCG Berlin. Process was straightforward: CV screening, an online test, then a few interviews mixing case work and fit questions. Cases were challenging but fair, interviewers were friendly and professional, and the overall vibe was intense but well-run and transparent.

helpful interviewers though r1 seemed uninterested. provided guidance when needed which was helpful. behavioral was nice and convo was good, r2 interviewer was a nice partner in m opinion
