I got mail from HR about the walking process start with manual test case writing. Due to a big crowd, they lose good knowledge of people on the basis of an only written paper which they do not even take 2 mnt to check.

There were 4round, 1st written and hr, I cleared both then they called at office premises, then it was technical round, which also I cleared then it was last round with ceo and it was casual discussion. Then they said not suitable for current opening..
Worst experience, after clearing all technical rounds, at non technical level they rejected..
