      1. Phone call: 1 week after my application, I received a call from them and we had a 30-minute phone interview. 2. Technical/Culture fit round: 1.5 months later, they contacted me, so that we can proceed with the interview. There were 4 people from them, 1 developer 2 managers, and 1 HR. Technical questions and soft skill-related questions were asked. They told me, that there are 2 possible project opportunities for me. 3. 1st project interview: It was a mixture of technical and soft-skill questions. 4. 2nd project interview: It was a mixture of technical and soft-skill questions. 5. Final round with Unit leads: It was a mixture of technical and soft-skill questions. After all these rounds I received the call that I got rejected. For the first project, they thought that the organizational changes they are having right now would not be good for me, cause I would have to take more responsibility than a senior developer. Regarding the second project, they said that I did not have enough seniority and offered me a medior developer position. Just for the record, I have 10 years of experience in software development, have mentoring and interviewing candidates experience, worked with multiple technologies. It is ridiculous that they come to me that I do not have the seniority and some other nonsense excuse. I really feel like it was like a "Ghost job", they just wanted to check people in the market and did not want to hire anyone at all.
