Applied online, heard back about a month later. HR phone screen, talked to manager a week later, talked to the full team a week after that. A month passed by with no feedback until I reached out myself and received a single sentence rejection with no feedback. My employer was contacted without my permission, interview questions were very non-standard, and I was quite surprised to have heard nothing until I reached out myself. Very unprofessional interview experience overall. Based on the overall length of the process (11.5 weeks) and the general lack of communication I would not consider applying again.
