Too much time-consuming and yet futile! I interviewed in early 2024, for a senior IC role. 1st interview- Java concurrency+HLD w.r.t Data Engg 2nd interview- about past project(s) and a simple programming question. 3rd interview- I liked the interviewer w.r.t his knowledge, concept clarity and that was the core of what we discussed, for good 2.5hours! Enjoyable overall, but could have been a better value of my time. 4th round- behavioral. This is where the interviewer actually starts with "resume screening" - why so many switches, why no good company you've worked for etc etc. Final verdict- ghosted. despite the interviewer saying we'll come with a contract-based project and give you FTE if you prove your mettle.
