I applied in 2019 via referral. Got one easy assignment The interview was just a 10 min call about previous work. That's it I got selected and got an offer letter with some random dude's name on calling HR he asked me to change the name. The offer letter was extremely bad typed with 3-4 fonts, no signature, header & Microsoft docs file. It was definitely a sample offer letter template downloaded from an online website. My point is how lazy the hiring process, felt like I interviewed for some wedding ceremony worker with no skill-based questions. Don't worry even if you fail to do the assignment HR will pass you for the interview process. You will easily get hired here if you don't have skills, or passion, just open to working for less salary. If you fail in the first technical coding interview still you will get a chance if you are open to working for less salary. Yeah, you will definitely become a headache for the team's progress. But it won't matter HR will expect senior devs to turn Cat into Tiger.

They gave an assignment and 7 days for completion the assignment was challenging, based on multiple aws services. After completion of assignment you have explain your approch. Interviewer asked questions on services used and questions releted to code. 2nd Interview was on dsa easy/medium leetcode questions and past experiences. 3rd interview was behavioural/techinal with CTO he asked design google meet and bunch of behavioural questions. .
