Two stages: 1) phone interview with recruiter. 2) virtual interviews with several leaders to include the hiring manager to assess how you meet and exceed the job description. As well as behavioral questions to see if you will be a fit with the team and more importantly the client.

I went through four different stages of interviews over a ~ 1 month timeframe. 1. Screen with recruiter. 2. Interview with hiring manager 3. Technical talk and half-day interview with BAH employees. 4. Interview with DoD client.

Hiring manager asked about my general experiences to gauge my expertise. BAH employees individual meetings focused on technical questions and how I would relate technical content to a non-technical or semi-technical audience. The interview was very professional and the questions were well thought out.
