I had an interview with Booz Allen on campus. The interview went really well and I received a call back a few hours after telling me the results of the interview and next steps. Every time I have spoken with the recruitment staff they have been very helpful. The only problem is that it has been over 2 months and I still don't have an offer. There has been a constant flow of communication but over two months for an offer? I'm pretty sure I will eventually receive an offer but this has become very stressful waiting around.
One piece of advice when going into the consulting field. These companies are looking for people that are really willing to do anything. You are hired as a "consultant." You are not hired as John Doe "Cyber Security Specialist" for example. As an entry level applicant fresh out of college they stressed this to me. If you're not flexible and willing to accept that then consulting may not be a good fit for you. That was one thing that was made clear in the initial stages to me. FLEXIBILITY is key.
Everyone I've talked with seems to always be in a good mood and always eager to help. The waiting game is really starting to get bothersome...

The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

Can you describe a time where you had to lead a project?
It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
Two interviews one with my job lead and one with my career manager. Typical questions about you and your resume. Both interviews were virtual and about 30 minutes in length.
