The interview process was thorough! You need to know the specifics of your job. This is where you need to shine but don't embellish your skills. They are looking for strong LEADERS. If you are content, that is fine, but you will likely stay in your same role. I would definitely use as many resources as they have to offer.
the company made it easy to interview in Headquarters location, was more of a formality at that point as initial questions had been conducted while on site of existing/ previous contractor

How do you engage with stakeholders and users regarding their system needs
It was informal and over zoom. We mainly discussed small talk and it was a a personality type of interview. There was a lot of ambiguity about what I would actually be doing in the role.
Was quick and easy, had 2 virtual interviews. The managers asked me questions regarding requirement gathering and the SDLC. The first interview was an initial screening and second was lead by 2 managers that I would be working under.
