It took about a month from the time applied to getting an offer. The initial screening was set up within a few days of applying. I had a 30 min interview with the hiring manager and 2 other team members about 10 days later, and received an offer 10 days after that.

Tell us what the development process looked like at your previous company?
the company made it easy to interview in Headquarters location, was more of a formality at that point as initial questions had been conducted while on site of existing/ previous contractor

How do you engage with stakeholders and users regarding their system needs
It was informal and over zoom. We mainly discussed small talk and it was a a personality type of interview. There was a lot of ambiguity about what I would actually be doing in the role.
Was quick and easy, had 2 virtual interviews. The managers asked me questions regarding requirement gathering and the SDLC. The first interview was an initial screening and second was lead by 2 managers that I would be working under.
