Interview process lasted about 2-3months and was a bit slow. I started off with an interview fair and interviewed one-on-one with senior scientists and program managers. After passing this I had subsequent interview with my future direct supervisor, and lastly a more technical interview with someone in a similar role to that being hired for. Ultimately, I declined because the salary offer was far below the market rate ( more than 30thousand less than other offer I received) and they were surprisingly unwilling to negotiate.
