first was a phone interview and since i had a Harvard MBA i connected via my alumni office so not much pressure on the interview. I was asked about sales target at the previous role , and how many clients i could bring over
Great interview process, very engaging and the interviewers were nice to speak with. Asked questions about my resume and how best I would work within this position. Multiple rounds of interviews to ensure I was a good fit for the role.

Applied, 2 weeks later contacted by a very professional and responsive executive recruiter. Next day phone screening. Following week had a panel interview. Very professional and questions were based on my abilities to meet certain attributes deemed necessary for the role. Two days later got the offer and accepted. Fantastic process.
