I was referred by an existing employee, so this got me through most of the barriers in their hiring system. I had applied solo for years with not so much as a call back. Started with a phone Interview followed by in person interviews with several Senior Associates.

Hiring manager asked about my general experiences to gauge my expertise. BAH employees individual meetings focused on technical questions and how I would relate technical content to a non-technical or semi-technical audience. The interview was very professional and the questions were well thought out.
