Aberdeen recruiting staff is very flaky and bad with communication during hiring process. BAH doesn't appear to know what their customer(s) need staffing-wise. Not uncommon to get deep in hiring process only for client to not be interested in adding a position - much time wasted (months).

I got an email from the recruiter and did a quick interview with them. Then I met with the hiring manager. That was about an hour long. Then the week after I got an offer.
It was easy, quick, and efficient. There was one intro call with the recruiter and then one interview with hiring team. They mainly asked questions about previous experience, projects, and skillset.

Asked about previous work history based on resume and reason for change. Interviewers were intrigued about leadership positions within role and tools utilized. Was interviewed by three-panel team with senior leads.
