I interviewed with three different people. One was involved with new hire training, and the other two were from different departments that I had applied to. All three conversations were separate and the whole interview lasted about 90 minutes. They each asked me to tell them about myself, and after a few general questions they described what they did. The whole process was fairly laid back, but being prepared on why specifically you want to do the job you applied for and why you want to work for booz are definite advantages.

A recruiter emailed me for a Cost Analyst position that I had not applied for. After an initial phone screen with the recruiter, we agreed that it was a good fit. I applied and was swiftly scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager, which went well. Two weeks later I was scheduled for an interview with two potential colleagues, which also went well. A few days later I was asked to provide availability for the 3rd and final interview, which I provided, and then radio silence... After a week I called/emailed the recruiter, nothing, no response. Again after 2 weeks. Now after almost 3 weeks of no response, I thought to log on to workday site again to check my status for the position to find out that I was no longer being considered for the role. Very unprofessional provided that I was approached for the role. Not even a "regret to inform you" email or any feedback whatsoever. In future I'd hope they'd either shorten there interview process or at least provide some kind of feedback instead of wasting candidates time.
