I applied online. 15 minute HR phone screen the next day. The next week I had a phone interview consisting of three consecutive one on one interviews with different people. Each interview was 30 minutes long. Informed early the next week that the team would be making a decision asap. No word after that. It's been 3 weeks since phone interview.

The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

Can you describe a time where you had to lead a project?
It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
