It was alright. Prepare to answer behavioural and situational questions using CAR method. Be honest and nice, showing you have empathy, makes you feel more relatable. Need patience to deal with difficult customers but team is good

Very kind interviewer, interesting and well thought out questions. I personally found it a very positive experience that, although I did not get the job, I am glad I was able to have as it improved my confidence for future interviews.

interview - 1:1 with the manager, asked about my relevant experience, when I can work, then I went on to pretend to sell a chosen product to the manager
