The interview process consists of 3 rounds, the Recruiter Call, Hiring Manager Interview, and Assessment. Overall it was okay, but there are a few red flags throughout the process:
Like stated in the other reviews - the job posting says remote but during the first call, the recruiter told me that it's 5 days in person. Both interviews with the recruiter and hiring manager have a non-traditional flow. They take one-third of the time to tell you how good Boomi is, and how they are looking for the most intelligent people to join.
The hiring manager is late to the interview (~5) without acknowledging/apologizing. The recruiter says that there will be 45 minutes for the hiring manager interview, but the interviewer left after 30 minutes. Towards the end of it, there're only 2-3 minutes for questions.
Boomi seems to be a great company with amazing products to offer. However, as a candidate, they give you little respect for your time and your efforts. They had to reschedule, and never get back to you within the time they promised. The leaders seem arrogant and it's questionable what the team culture will be like within the organization. That being said, this only represents my own experience with the company.

Very well outlined and comprehensive. I enjoyed the pace at which the interview process was conducted. I was supported entirely from start to finish, and the recruiting team was amazing in accommodating my needs. For the level of this job though, I did not expect it to be this detailed and semi challenging, but was very worth it for a company like Boomi.

2. Take home assignment 3. Interview with 2 SDR managers 4. Interview with VP Sales
I cleared the first 2 rounds, but the third round I couldn’t clear because I wasn’t well prepared for the behavioural questions. I’d say map out a few scenarios and recall how you solved certain problems with an emphasis on the Result and Learning part.

Competency based interview with short role play, They are asking you to do a pitch to a potential client over the phone. Other questions are based on previous job expediencies and evaluate you motivation to join the firm. You can expect approx. 3 rounds of interviews
