I applied online and was then contacted via an HR woman on the phone. I spoke to her for about 30 min about the position and she asked me a few questions. I then was scheduled for an interview the following week. I went in and was surprised to find 5 people sitting around a boardroom waiting to interview. They asked me several questions about my experience, and asked me to specifically give examples of how my experience would be useful in the position. They then asked me if I had any questions myself.
